Seats

The Building of the seat bases and plinths was relatively easy, except that I was puzzled by the height of the seats in relation to the Glare Shield.

All the drawings I had seen showed the Pilot’s line of sight was to just clear the same angle as the GS.

The seats I got hold of were out of a Ford and a Vauxhall car that had been scrapped, so unfortunately didn’t match each other.

Because I wasn’t able to get a height adjustment with them I had to make the plinths an average height for all.
