Setup

The good lady 'Anne' bought me a couple of 19" flat panel monitors for my birthday, so with a lot of help from Ian Sisson's web site (see links page at the end), I started to set up my computer hardware and "un-dock" the various screens to show the main view and the Instruments.

     So this is what my (very basic) set up looked like, I already owned the CH Yoke,        Pedals and Throttle so just needed to move the screens about to give a feeling          of reality in flying.

This is the first trial using the three screens (with the aid of Gert Hengis' FSXpand) to show the engine and standby gauges too.

The forward "main" image is projected onto an old movie screen (Circa 1960's) that the Mother-in-law gave us, but effective for a first trial.
